For over 20 years, I have served our community and helped manage the County’s Strategic Plan, working to ensure Alachua County stays focused on supporting people, protecting our environment, and strengthening our economy. I care deeply about this community because it’s my home, too.

But we are facing real challenges. Increasing state interference, unfunded mandates, and the threat of significant budget cuts could put the essential programs and services our residents rely on at risk.
