Donuts + Democracy = Magic

Young voters have the power to determine elections and their future if they turnout to vote, but outdated strategies often fail to reach them. At Donuts + Democracy, we build sustainable civic engagement with a simple, cost-effective approach: partnering with student organizers on campuses nationwide and providing donuts to start conversations about the issues that matter most to young people.

Your investment in Donuts+Democracy is a force multiplier. Student organizers are already mobilizing their peers—adding donuts transforms their efforts and increase voter engagement by 10X on average. There is no youth GOTV strategy that is more cost-effective and more fun than donuts on college campuses.

Your support allows us to:

  • Register and engage young voters by hosting fun and creative voter registration and GOTV events on college campuses.
  • Support student organizers by providing funding for donuts and snazzy swag (banners, heart-shaped sunglasses, etc) for GOTV events.
  • Partner with pro-democracy and pro-choice organizations to turn out young voters.

We could not do this without your generous support so thank you so much for contributing!
