Mary Allen

Doss Barn Concert

On Friday, October 2nd, our friends, wonderful entertainers, Doss Barn Concerts Alumnae, and simply beautiful folks, The Troubadours of Divine Bliss will perform. We believe that Mary is THE choice in the upcoming election, so combining our support for her campaign with the beautiful and inspiring, homegrown music of the Troubadours is our way to help. Aim Me and Renee...the Troubadours of Divine Bliss!...pair well with Mary’s vision for governance! ...Capability, integrity, kindness, thoughtfulness, honesty, and inspiration. The Troubadours are spiritual, environmental, and social justice activists who sing of the Love that springs from within, respect for the Earth, human rights, and healing the heart, the same qualities that Mary espouses in her quest to serve the citizens of IN 8th. Moreover, Aim Me & Renee do so with wonderful songwriting, musicianship, and vocal harmonies. From the Louisville Music News, "The Troubadours work through folk-based melodies, some sassy jazz vocal riffs, a touch of the blues, a hint of zydeco, all mixed into a cosmic cocktail of bliss and joy."

The show begins around 7:00 PM. Seats and parking are limited, so please reserve ASAP by scanning the QR code below the signature (or on the attached flyer). You'll be directed to Mary’s website for reservations. By reserving and attending this show, you accept the risks associated with an evening in the barn. If you need directions, just ask!

To visit and chat with Mary and the artists, you're free to arrive AFTER 6:00 PM (but before 7:00). Bring your own drink and finger food to share if you like, and please carpool if possible—that helps "Parking lot boy" (some of you remember who that is)! We’ll provide seating and maybe some limited space to accommodate personal chairs in the barn. "Lawn seating" outside the barn door will hopefully be available...cross your fingers for good weather!
