Contribute Now to Reasonable choices

I recommend donating to Indivisible, Planned Parenthood Action Fund (the political arm of PP, which is separate from the tax-deductible group that actually provides medical services) and America Votes which coordinates get out the vote (GOTV) efforts at the state level.

If you want to give directly to candidates, I've listed them by state, with federal races first, then statewide, then state district. The more local the race, the further your money goes, so it's not a bad idea to help flip a legislature or help a secretary of state win a seat at the redistricting table to prevent gerrymandering.

At the bottom are links to the Democratic Congressional and Senate Campaign Committees, which will also distribute your contributions where they think they are most needed, but you have less control when you do that.

At the very bottom, below the DCCC are races I am still evaluating but have not yet contributed to.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPLITTING YOUR DONATION ACROSS ALL THE RACES LISTED HERE. There are too many and it will just dilute your donation.

You can find information about all these races on a Google docs spreadsheet I maintain here: https://goo.gl/AnwCtG
