Your Membership with DPCC automatically makes you a member of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and your Congressional District.

  • Membership is $10 per person per year.


  • IMPORTANT: Each person becoming a member must fill out this form. This will ensure we have accurate membership information for all new or renewing members of your household.


Note: You can sign up or renew your membership on this page through ActBlue, or if you prefer, go to

chippewademocrats.org to print a Membership Form to mail in with your check. 


You can also make an additional donation here by simply adding your desired amount to your $10 membership fee.

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
