Now more than ever, local elections are one of the most impactful ways to participate in our democracy. The people we elect to our city councils, county commissions, school boards, and so many other vital positions, make the decisions that effect our everyday lives. Unfortunately, municipal elections are historically some of the smallest elections by turnout.
