NEWS: The Cook Political Report rates both Senate runoffs as TOSS UPS

We know that toss-up races can go either way. President-elect Joe Biden won Georgia by only 11,779 votes, and we have every reason to suspect both runoffs will be decided by razor-thin margins. New analysis by The Cook Political Report also reveals that the Republicans have a one-point advantage coming out of the November general election.
