2. Federal Multicandidate PACs can give state party $5,000 per year.
3. Federal Non-Multicandidate PACs can give state party $10,000 per year.
4. Federal Candidate Committees can make unlimited transfers to the state party.
5. State parties and the DNC can make unlimited federal transfers to each other.
6. Corporations and unions and federal contractors are forbidden to contribute (unless they’ve established federal PACs)
