Contributions to the Democratic Party of Illinois are not deductible for Federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions. Paid for by the Democratic Party of Illinois (www.ildems.com) and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. By contributing, you agree to the following allocation: the first $10,000 from individuals in a calendar year and the first $5,000 from federal multicandidate PACs will be deposited in the DPI’s federal account and the remainder (up to applicable state limits) will be deposited in the DPI’s nonfederal account. If you prefer a different allocation, please contact Madeline Doctor at mdoctor@ildems.com. Contributions to the federal account are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the federal election campaign act. Contributions from federally prohibited sources, which are permissible under Illinois law, will be deposited in the DPI’s nonfederal account.
