Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
By contributing above, you agree to the following allocation: the first $10,000 from individuals in a calendar year and the first $5,000 from federal multicandidate PACs will be deposited in the DPI’s federal account and the remainder (up to applicable state limits) will be deposited in the DPI’s nonfederal account. If you prefer a different allocation, please contact Shannon Rice at srice@ildems.com. Contributions to the federal account are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the federal election campaign act. Contributions from federally prohibited sources, which are permissible under Illinois law, will be deposited in the DPI’s nonfederal account.
