For nearly four years, I've proudly served as a Gavilan College District Trustee. I've listened to students, faculty, and our community, and turned that input into action. We increased enrollment and graduation rates, offered four semesters of free tuition for all, expanded food, transportation, counseling, and health support, and created more opportunities for high school students to take college courses. We upgraded facilities and technology, added a new Education Center in Hollister, with a Library and Student Resource Center opening soon, and a STEM building and Child Development Center on the way. We're just getting started! I am even more committed to accelerating our progress and to continuing to create the opportunities our students and community deserve.
