Organized Power in Numbers

Donate to the Amazon Driver Worker Solidarity Fund!

In April 2023, 84 Amazon drivers and dispatchers at Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP), Battle-Tested Strategies, in Palmdale, CA, joined the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and negotiated a first of its kind contract that includes immediate pay increases, substantial hourly raises, health and safety standards, a grievance procedure, and other benefits. This historic achievement is a testament to the power of workers standing together to demand dignity, respect, and fair treatment in the workplace-- but we know that retaliation is a real possibility. We have received reports that Amazon has threatened to terminate these workers by June 24 and has already started messing with their schedules, a clear violation of their rights.

That's why we urgently need your support to create a community support network that will help protect these workers in the face of Amazon's retaliation. With your help, we can provide immediate financial assistance to these workers.

Let's stand together to support these workers and show Amazon that we will not tolerate retaliation against those who dare to demand better working conditions and a livable wage.
