  1. I am at least eighteen years old.

  3. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  5. I am not a federal contractor.
  6. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  7. Charitable donations made through this form are received and processed by ActBlue Civics, Inc., a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organization formed to democratize charitable giving, and are subject to ActBlue’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Your contribution to the National Democratic Redistricting Committee will be disclosed on public filings with the IRS. The National Democratic Redistricting Committee is required to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals who contribute $200 or more in the aggregate in a calendar year. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose this information to the IRS.
