Support Shayla!


The Metro DC Democratic Socialists of America are rallying behind Shayla Adams-Stafford for Prince George’s County Council’s 5th District Seat. Shayla is a former union steward and teacher, who has taken on developers and fought for working families on the Prince George’s County School Board. After the 2020 uprisings, Shayla was a keep voice to get armed police out of schools and invest in care and support for students. On the Council, Shayla has promised to fight alongside Metro DC DSA for human dignity and putting people over profits by championing tenant protections and push for social housing.
