Local contributions directly fund the work of our chapter, which includes immigration justice, Palestine solidarity, tenant and worker organizing, climate justice, and electing socialists who will fight for these issues in city hall.
We’re on our way to becoming the strongest political organization in the city with more than 5,000 members and a growing slate of local elected officials, but this period of rapid growth requires your support to build the infrastructure necessary to turn LA into a city that works for working class Angelenos.
If you become a Chapter Contributor before the end of the year, you will receive a gift as a token of our appreciation.*

DSA-LA is an entirely member-funded organization, and we rely on contributions from members like you to support all of our work and campaigns. 100% of your contribution will go toward our local organizing efforts.
Monthly donations fund:
- Utilities, and supplies for our new office
- Literature, buttons, shirts, and signage to promote our campaigns on the ground
- Event space, food, and materials for in-person meetings and events
- Technology and tools for organizing meetings, running canvasses, and communicating with membership
