The Colorado State Senate Campaign Fund is an initiative of the Colorado Democratic Party,* **www.coloradodems.org* . All contributions to the Democratic Senate Campaign Fund are aggregated with contributions to the House Majority Project and the Colorado Democratic Party and are limited to $3,350 per calendar year for individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs and state PACs, and $16,925 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign governments, and non-U.S. citizens are prohibited. Contributions are not tax deductible.
Under federal election law individuals may contribute a maximum of $3,300 for the general election. Under federal election law PACs may contribute a maximum of $5,000 for the general election. Federal law also requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.
