The Leaflet Every Doorstep Campaign began in April 2023 and has the ultimate goal of leafletting every doorstep in every precinct in the county once a month with an informative one-page leaflet contrasting what the Democrats and Republicans are up to in the state capital and in Washington, D.C.
Each month addresses a different topic, such as gun violence, abortion, public education, voting rights, civil rights, gerrymandering, the environment, and so forth. The leaflets are in English on one side and Spanish on the other. We know that a majority of Americans support the positions of the Democratic Party. We need to make sure every American knows that it is the Democrats who are fighting for them.
Each precinct participating in the Leaflet Every Doorstep campaign is raising an army of volunteers to leaflet their precinct. Funding is needed to pay for the printing of the leaflets.
A donation of $150 pays for approximately 1,000 leaflets. This is enough for one small precinct’s monthly leaflet printing. There are 59 precincts in Durham County.
