- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions are not tax deductible. The limit per donor is $39,200 (primary) and $39,200 (general). Contributions from individuals, unions, and political committees, are permitted. Spouses may each contribute the maximum from a joint bank account as long as each makes a separate credit card contribution, signs their own check, each signs the check, or provides an accompanying letter.
