Troy Jackson is a fifth-generation Maine logger, lifelong labor champion, and former President of the Maine Senate running to defeat Susan Collins and give working Mainers a voice in Washington.


Troy knows what it means to work hard and still struggle to get ahead because he’s lived it. He spent years working long hours in the Maine woods before a fight for fair wages helped propel him into public service.


During 20 years in the Maine Legislature, Troy fought to lower prescription drug costs, protect union jobs, expand rural healthcare, provide universal school meals, and deliver relief for working families. Now he’s taking that fight to Washington.


This Senate race will be one of the most competitive (and consequential)elections in the country.
