Josh Riley, born and raised in Upstate New York, is an attorney with a law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s from Cornell University. He has served as Counsel in both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, where he worked on issues such as healthcare, workers’ rights, and economic justice.


Riley’s roots in Upstate New York shape his understanding of the community’s needs. His family has lived in the region for generations, giving him deep ties to the area.


Throughout his career, Riley has been a steadfast advocate for workers and middle-class families. His legal work includes fighting for veterans, protecting Social Security, and holding corporations accountable.
