Pennsylvania's congressional districts (CD) have been redrawn. Rep Dwight Evans (D) was first elected to represent old PA-02 in 2016. Rep. Dwight Evans is running in the new PA-03 Congressional District.
Dwight grew up in North Philadelphia, and lives in the same neighborhood close to where he grew up.
In 1980, Dwight was first elected to the PA State House for the 203rd Legislative District, and took office at age 26. When he became the first African-American Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee, Dwight Evans made history; he held the position for two decades. Dwight Evans proved in that role that he is about urban renewal.
Dwight was elected to the U.S. House of Reps in 2016. New PA-03 overlaps significantly with PA-02 where he was elected.
We're counting on grassroots supporters like you to power Rep. Dwight Evans to victory.
