DWBC Scholarship Form


The Democratic Women of Burke County are proud to host our annual Scholarship Fundraiser, supporting young women and non-binary students in our community as they pursue higher education.


This year, we will award a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving student who demonstrates academic commitment, civic engagement, and alignment with Democratic values.


Eligible applicants include Burke County residents who identify as female or non-binary, are registered Democrats (or eligible to register), and are high school seniors or current college students.

Contribution rules

  1. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
