First, he mowed down Theia – an innocent wolf – with a 600-pound snowmobile. Then, he taped her mouth shut to drown out her wails of pain. Next, he shocked her with a shock collar over and over. Finally, he dragged her outside and SHOT her – but not before posing for photos with this suffering creature.
The punishment given to this Wyoming hunter? A $250 fine. But the lives of wolves like Theia are PRICELESS. And the hunters torturing and killing them can’t get away with their disgusting actions. Without urgent action to strengthen the Endangered Species Act and win federal protections for wolves, we could lose this vulnerable species forever. And we could see more and more animals tortured in the process.
Your membership gift today can help us defend the ESA, protect vulnerable wildlife, and ensure a future for our only Earth. But we’re up against the trophy hunting lobby and Big Polluters that will fight tooth and nail to get their way. And we only have until midnight tonight to meet our $3,500 goal – so will you be one of the generous donors that helps us get there and make real change for vulnerable wildlife and the planet?
We can’t bear to see another wolf meet this gruesome fate. Donate $15 before midnight tonight to help us reach our $3,500 goal to protect vulnerable wildlife and our planet!
