Elizabeth Bennett-Parker is honored to serve as Senator for Virginia’s 39th District and to fight for our community in Richmond.

During her time in the House of Delegates, Elizabeth had 21 bills signed into law on issues ranging from voting rights and disability rights to eliminating a tax break for multimillionaires, protecting victims of stalking, and reducing food waste. In her first session in the State Senate, she continued delivering results by passing 11 bills during the 2026 legislative session.
