Environment and Climate Council members advance our shared goals in many ways—by sharing information, adopting resolutions, endorsing candidates, and advocating directly with our legislators.
We can’t do it without you. Your participation in ECC meetings and committees, your engagement in state and local Democratic Party gatherings, and your role as a voting member ensure that our council’s voice is heard and that the issues you care about stay at the forefront.

Our Mission Statement:
Through research, education, outreach, and collaboration, the Environment and Climate Council (ECC) advocates for legislation and policy that protect the environment and support effective responses to mitigate and adapt to climate change. We work with a diverse community of stakeholders, including Washington State Democratic Central Committee members, councils, and caucuses.
