Local climate, health, housing, social, and racial justice organizations have come together to develop the Eugene Clean Energy Fund (ECEF) Initiative.


With your help, it will be on the November 2026 ballot.


ECEF will take 2% of the corporate profits of the largest, wealthiest businesses in Eugene, and send those funds towards home energy efficiency upgrades, community-owned renewable energy, job training, and climate-resilient green infrastructure.


We've seen this model work in other cities. Now is the time for Eugene to create a stable, local funding source that can steer our way out of climate chaos and build a bright, resilient future for our city.
