Donate to NYC-DSA Ecosocialists

The NYC-DSA Ecosocialist Working Group is committed to building publicly owned renewable energy, taking over Con Edison, winning funds for green public schools, and destroying fossil fuel fascism.

Ecosoc is an all-volunteer group that punches way above our weight.

Our wins include:

  1. Passing the 2023 Build Public Renewables Act, the strongest Green New Deal legislation in the nation
  2. Winning $300 million in the New York budget to build public renewables
  3. Writing Zohran’s climate platform, Green Schools for a Healthier New York City
  4. Developing climate platforms for DSA’s 2026 endorsed candidates, including Claire Valdez, Eon Huntley, and others

And we’re just getting started.

But unlike other climate organizations, Ecosoc receives no outside funding.

That’s a double-edged sword. On one hand, it means we aren’t beholden to outside interests. We do everything we can to stop climate change and defeat eco-fascism as aggressively as possible.

On the other hand, we work on shoestring budgets. We make the most of what we have, but more resources means bigger impact.

So, please, support this vital work with a donation today.
