Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.
Personal, Business and PAC checks are acceptable; A couple may give from a joint account if both parties sign the check. Occupation and Employer must be provided for each individual contributor. The Maximum Contribution per donor per election is $5,500 and $10,900 per Small Contributor Committee per election. ~ Contributions to this committee are not considered charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
