Support our electoral program in Arizona to elect leaders who will enforce environmental and consumer protections, promote a just, clean energy transition, and uphold the rule of law.  


EJA Political Fund is committed to mobilizing voters and deploying resources in key elections that shape how laws are enforced and how decisions affecting communities are made. Our work connects what happens at the ballot box to what happens in people’s lives, including whether environmental and public health protections are upheld, utilities are regulated in the public interest, and communities can turn to the courts when those protections are threatened.  


We’re focused on uniting people around essential issues like clean air, safe water, affordable energy, and access to justice—core environmental and civil rights we all share, regardless of part.

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. This contribution is made from my own funds or the funds of an authorizing corporation or other entity, and the funds are not being provided by any other person or entity.
4. I am not a federal contractor. By contributing, you affirm that you are in compliance with the above-listed “Contribution Rules.” Additionally, you agree to receive emails from Earthjustice Action and its affiliates. You may unsubscribe at any time. We respectfully request that Partners of Partnerships and Members of LLC's contribute individually, instead of through their respective business entity. Contributions made to EJA Political Fund, an independent expenditure-only political committee, are not tax deductible or anonymous. FEC and state campaign finance law requires public disclosure of name, address, and employer information. Names of contributors to EJA Political Fund's work in Arizona whose aggregate contributions exceed $5,000 could appear on public communications.
