Contributions to the El Paso County Democratic Party (County Party) are not tax deductible. Contribution limits are determined each year by adding contributions to the County Party to contributions you made to the party at the State Level: the Colorado Democratic Party's non-federal account, the Democratic Senate Campaign Fund, the House Majority Project, and all Initiatives of the State Party. Total contributions to the party are limited to $4,675 per calendar year (no more than $3,875 at the State Level) for individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs and state PACs and to $23,600 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees (no more than $19,650 at the State Level).
