Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Elect Democratic Women 2024 will be allocated as follows:
The first 5% of each contribution will be allocated to Elect Democratic Women. The remaining 95% will be split evenly between Mary Peltola for Alaska, Susie Lee for Congress, Kaptur for Congress, Marie for Congress, Susan Wild for Congress, Caraveo for Congress, Emilia Sykes for Congress, Andrea Salinas for Congress, Val Hoyle for Congress, Engel for Arizona, Christina Bohannan for Congress, Kristen for Michigan, Gillen for NY, Friends of Janelle Bynum, and Cooke for Congress (each herein a “Candidate Committee”).
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
