I'm not just a school board member, I'm a District D parent, a CCSD graduate, and someone who knows firsthand what our families are going through.

As a mother of three children currently enrolled in our district, I live the reality of CCSD every single day. My children have IEPs and 504 plans, so I understand the struggles special education parents face when navigating the system, fighting for services, and ensuring our kids get what they need to succeed.

I also know what it's like to be a working parent, trying to balance a career while making sure my children are safe, supported, and learning. Too many families feel like they're shouting into a void when they try to communicate with the district. That's why I've made better communication between CCSD and our families a top priority.

I'm running for re-election because I refuse to stop fighting for:

Stronger special education services - Every child with special education needs deserve the support they're legally entitled to, without parents having to fight for it.

Real communication with families - Working parents need clear, timely information from their schools and the district; not bureaucratic runarounds.

Support for working families - From school schedules to family engagement, we need policies that recognize the reality of parents who are doing everything they can to ensure their children are succeeding.

Accountability and transparency - Families deserve to know how decisions are made and have a real voice in their children's education

As a graduate of CCSD, and someone who chose to raise my own family here, I know what's possible when our schools work for everyone. But I also know how far we still have to go.

Grassroots campaigns like ours depend on supporters like you. Your contribution will help us:

  • Reach parents and voters across District D
  • Share our message at community events and forums
  • Build a campaign that puts families first

Every dollar makes a difference in a local race like this. I'll never forget who I'm fighting for, because they're my neighbors, the families of my kids' classmates, and the community that raised me.

Thank you for standing with our students and families,
