Designing our post-election life and communities- An Arts-Healing Workshop

Imagine yourself on the evening of November 3, 2026. Now you're walking up on Nov 4, 2026 - what is it that you need to do for your community and yourself, regardless of how the election results?

How do you think you will feel? How do you want to feel? And what do worry about right now as we head into early voting on October 19?

Join us for an intentional and creative workshop to tackle election anxiety ahead of the November 2026 elections. Elections and politics, especially right now, cause most people a great deal of stress and negativity. So we want to proactively address this with an event so folks can feel more emotionally regulated and prepared heading into Nov 3.

REQUIREMENTS - Just bring your authentic self. We will have the needed art supplies. (and request a suggested donation).
