Assembly Member Mamdani is becoming our next Mayor of NYC leaving the district open for a special election. We need a progressive assembly member to continue our progress! We asked Mary to run for the seat and she responded by registering her campaign. Now it's time for all of us to help her launch the campaign!
Mary is a first-generation Bangladeshi-American. She is running a grassroots people-powered campaign. She is not taking any money from the real estate developers, fossil fuel industry, or corporate lobbyists.
