- A Waynesville where there is enough affordable housing that teachers, firefighters, police officers, and healthcare workers can afford a nice place to live.
- A Waynesville where we take a thoughtful and deliberate approach to development and as we grow and change in the coming years, we don't lose sight of what made this the best small town on the planet—community, self-reliance, and an unlimited capacity for hard work.
