Elect Liz Eldridge for School Committee!

My name is Liz Eldridge, and I'm running for Somerville School Committee in Ward 2. Your support for my campaign means so much. We’re still in the early stages, with a lot of work ahead in the coming months and I hope you’ll join me on this journey. Your support and confidence in our this election means so much and will help fund essential campaign needs like a website, marketing materials (from stickers to yard signs), a VoteBuilder account, and to activate the volunteers and staff necessary to make our vision for improved outcomes a reality.

As is, our school system isn't working for our more than 50% of our students according to MCAS data and more than 40% of our students according to DIBELS data. That’s a of of students not meeting expectations at school and why we're stepping up to do this together. Our students need change now and they need us to make sure it happens.

With your support, I am committed to changing the landscape of education in Somerville. Improving outcomes by meeting student needs. Turning equity from a promise into action. Fostering collaborative, creative solutions to everyday challenges—not barred by finances. Let’s do this together because I certainly can’t do it alone!
