-Finding a solution for sports fields for BRMS that preserves the heritage trees and historical structures at Oakwell
-Improving community engagement
-Supporting LMSD's DEIB initiatives
-School safety that focuses on: security protocols, mental health services, improved SEL, continuing safety training
