Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions to Eleni Kounalakis for Governor 2026 are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Eleni Kounalakis for Governor 2026 may accept contributions from individuals, businesses or PACs (including Small Contributor Committees) of up to $36,400 for the primary election and $36,400 for the general election. Spouses and domestic partners may each contribute the maximum from a joint account, as long as they both sign the check, credit card authorization form or accompanying letter. We may not accept contributions which have been reimbursed by another person unless you inform us of the true source of the contribution; we may also not accept contributions from registered state lobbyists or foreign nationals.
If a contribution is being made from an LLC, please indicate the name of the individual responsible for making the decision to contribute.
