Defend Medication Abortion
Last night, the Heritage Foundation, an influential right-wing think tank, held a town hall on abortion access that included an anti-abortion doctor who declared that wanting abortion is a symptom of mental illness and the head of the Alliance Defending Freedom.
All year long, Women’s Marchers took to the streets across the country to stand in opposition to the lawsuit brought by the Alliance Defending Freedom challenging the FDA’s approval of mifepristone. While abortion medication remains accessible, the case is still working its way through the courts.
Now, the ADF has announced their intention to bring another lawsuit that would completely outlaw sending abortion medication through the mail.
We won’t sit by and watch as our rights are stripped away by these assholes. When they move, we’ll be ready to move too.
