Our Candidate Recruitment and Training Program helps working-class Pennsylvanians run for office — and win. We guide people through everything from getting started and fundraising to sharing why they’re running and building grassroots support. For many, it’s the first time anyone has said, “You should run — and we’ll help you.”
Over the years, the program has launched leaders like Kendra Brooks and Nic O’Rourke, and in 2026 we’ll train over 100 more future candidates.
