I'm running for office to protect and expand reproductive rights, enact policies that put our children and families first, lower the costs of goods and services, defend our democracy, and support our veterans. I have received countless messages from our community encouraging me to continue my campaign because they believe in my experience and leadership.
This is a scary moment in time. Our rights are under attack, and the Supreme Court's recent Roe v. Wade decision is just one of the many terrifying ways right-wing extremists are trying to move us backwards.
I’m not going to lie, the work before us is hard. That's why we need proven leaders who know how to navigate this system and ensure that we do better. That’s why I’m running. I’m ready to continue to be a champion for our district and deliver the leadership this moment demands.
