PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING:

All candidates who seek the endorsement of the Los Angeles County Democratic Party must complete the LACDP Application for Consideration of Endorsement, and pay the appropriate administrative filing fee.

$75 for races OUTSIDE the City of Los Angeles

$150 for races Countywide, City of Los Angeles, LACCD, LAUSD, certain Water Boards/ Replenishment Districts, and offices that overlap more than 4 Assembly Districts.

Contributions to the Los Angeles County Democratic Party are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Individual contributions up to $5,000 per calendar year will be deposited into LACDP’s Federal Account. These contributions are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. The first $45,500 of all other contributions will be deposited into LACDP’s State Candidate Committee (All Purpose Account) with any excess deposited into LACDP’s Issues and Advocacy Committee (Restricted Use Account). Contributions must be made from the donors’ own funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.
