Our Accomplishments

In the 2020 General Election and 2021 Senate Runoff Elections the Asian American Advocacy Fund mounted a comprehensive voter engagement program. Asian Americans were instrumental in flipping Georgia and the Senate, helping elect President Biden and Vice President Harris. AAAF helped flip Georgia twice by targeting over 300k registered AAPI voters multiple times. We made over 2.5 million contact attempts. This resulted in 200K ballots casted by the AAPI community, 3 times the number in the 2016 general election.

2022 Electoral Priorities

  • Invest in statewide races to win the Governor’s mansion, and Secretary of State races
  • Maintain and hold Georgia’s 6th & 7th Congressional districts, despite potential gerrymandering efforts
  • Maintain wins at the local level in Gwinnett County, and flip key local seats in Cobb County
  • Flip or hold key seats in the GA State House nested within GA6/GA7 to build a majority in this chamber

By investing in the Asian American Advocacy Fund you can help us continue to build power for Asian American Communities. Donate to AAAF and fuel the movement!

Note:

  • Contributions to Asian American Advocacy Fund Inc. support our year-round organizing/base building programs, policy advocacy and accountability programs, electoral programming and overall support of our infrastructure and organization.
  • Contributions to Asian American Advocacy Fund Independent Committee helps the work of AAAF by supporting candidates in state and local elections. These funds are crucial to flipping and maintaining power in next year's elections. Contributions to the Independent Committee can only be made by US citizens because it is a PAC.
