Contributions benefit the El Paso County, Colorado Democratic Party - Mischa Smith registered agent. ActBlue is paid for by the El Paso County Democratic Party and not by any candidate or candidate's committee. Contributions to the El Paso County Democratic Party are not tax-deductible. Contribution limits are determined annually by combining contributions to the County Party with those made to the party at the state level: the Colorado Democratic Party's non-federal account, the Democratic Senate Campaign Fund, the House Majority Project, and all State Party initiatives. Total contributions to the party are limited to $4,675 per calendar year (with no more than $3,875 at the state level) for individuals, sole proprietorships, LLPs, LLCs, and state PACs, and to $23,600 per calendar year for Small Donor Committees (with no more than $19,650 at the state level).
