Eligibility to become a member
To become a member of the Club, you must reside in or have significant ties to the neighborhoods east of the Van Wyck/Whitestone Expressways and north of Jamaica Ave/Jericho Turnpike plus College Point. Some of these neighborhoods include but are not limited to Auburndale, Bayside, Bay Terrace, Bellerose, Douglaston, Fresh Meadows, Floral Park, Glen Oaks, Hollis Hills, Kew Gardens Hills, Little Neck, Oakland Gardens, Queens Village.
Membership fees are as follows:
Students, Seniors, (62+), Limited-Income: $5/year
Basic Member: $20/year
Sustaining Member: $50/year
Sponsoring Member: $100/year
Membership Fees and donations will be used to support the club and pay for things like Zoom, community events, food and beverages for events, our website, club materials and the like. Depending on funds, we may use money to support candidates or initiatives we endorse.
You can also use this form to donate to the Club --- not just to become a member. All donations go back into our efforts to expand and grow our movement here in Eastern Queens.
We are registered as a Political Action Committee (PAC) with the State of New York and all contributions and expenditures will be viewable on the NYS Board of Elections Campaign Finance website.
We greatly appreciate the support and look forward to building a stronger, more transparent and working-class Democratic Party of Eastern Queens.
