Equality PAC’s mission is simple: to elect more openly LGBTQ persons and community allies to Congress. Persons who will have a seat at the table, impact the debate, and humanize our community’s concerns. Now, more than ever, representation in Congress
matters. And we need your help.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Equality Coalition will be allocated as follows:
The first $5,000 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to Equality PAC. The next $5,000 of a person’s contribution and the next $5,000 of a multicandidate committee's contribution will be allocated to Equality Project PAC contribution account. Any remaining funds will be allocated to Equality Project PAC non-contribution account. Any contribution allocated to Equality PAC and Equality Project PAC contribution account will be limited to $5,000 per calendar year.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting EqualityCoalition@nextlevelpartners.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
