This PAC endorses or opposes initiatives relevant to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as initiatives that are important to the diverse communities to which LGBTQ+ people belong or that have a substantial impact upon our state.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.

Contributions to Equality California Issues PAC are not tax deductible. Our committee may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, business entities and political committees. Donors must use their own funds to make contributions and may not be reimbursed by their employer or any other person or entity. All contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
