Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Equality Project 2024 will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will first be allocated to Equality Project PAC. Any excess funds will be split evenly between Becca Balint for Vermont, Robert Garcia for Congress, Julie Johnson for Congress, Vogel for Congress, McBride for Delaware Inc, Sharice for Congress, Angie Craig for Congress, Eric Sorensen for Illinois, and Chris Pappas for Congress (each herin a “Candidate Committee”). The first $5,000 of a contribution from a person/nonmulticandidate committee and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate committee will be allocated to Equality Project PAC. The next funds up to $3,300 from a person/nonmulticandidate committee and $5,000 from a multi-candidate committee will be split evenly between the Candidate Committees for the Primary 2024 election. The next $3,300/$5,000 will be considered designated to the General 2024 election, unless the Primary election has already occurred, in which case contributions will be considered designated only to the General election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting equalityproject2024@nextlevelpartners.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
