The Equal Rights for All ballot measure affirms and expands equal rights in Oregon by replacing outdated language in Oregon's constitution around marriage and codifying the right to access reproductive and gender affirming (health) care in Oregon's constitution as well. 


Across the country, we’ve seen that explicitly protecting our rights in state constitutions is a powerful line of defense against politicians and radical courts who want to attack our fundamental rights and freedoms.
