After 17 years with the same representative, it's time for change in Indiana's 4th District!

Rep. Soliday has grown complacent, wasting opportunities to create jobs, strengthen education, expand healthcare access, and protect our environment. Instead of solutions, we get partisanship and votes against the best interests of working families here.

I'm Erika Watkins, and currently I sit on the Valparaiso Community School board where I work everyday to protect those most vulnerable in our community and strive to emphasize the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion for staff and students.

My priorities are clear and focused on you - confronting the mental health crisis threatening lives, expanding job training and apprenticeship programs for good careers close to home, protecting reproductive rights under attack in Indianapolis, tackling the raising costs of utilities in our community, safeguarding our remaining wetlands from short-sighted developers. And I’ll always listen to your voice, not corporate interests.
